Thermal Industries can supply "General Purpose" ovens for just about any application.
Most ovens are built using our "modular design" which allows us to construct just about any size and shape of unit to suit your needs exactly.

In order to provide an initial quote we need to work out a "specification" for your oven, so we have some questions;

1) What type of oven suits your needs? Box, Top Loading Well, Tunnel with Monorail, Flat Bed Conveyor?
2) What will you be using the oven for and is there an emissions, explosion or fire risk with the process?
3) What internal size you need? If you dont know then we need product size, weight and production rate
     details to work it out for you.
4) What is your maximum operating temperature?
5) What is the KW rating? If you dont know then we need to know the product material, weight and
     production rate details to work it out for you.
6) What type of heating do you need? Gas or electric are the most popular.
7) If it's a box oven then what type of doors would you like? Hinged or guillotine type.
8) Do you need racks, shelving or any form of mechanical handling equipment?
9) Once we have established the size of the oven, is it possible to deliver and get it into your factory in
     one piece, or will it be too large and need to be delivered in kit form for assembly on your site?
